Interview: Director Darren Lynn Bousman Celebrates 'Mother's Day'
Darren Lynn Bousman is a well-known name in the world of independent horror films. His big break in the industry came when he was awarded the director's chair of "Saw II." Bousman's sequel was so well-received, he was asked to return and head up "Saw III " and "Saw IV." He then veered off into different territiories with the cult classic "Repo! the Genetic Opera." After being held up for three years in distribution limbo, his remake of Troma's "Mother's Day" finally hit Blu-ray and DVD. I had the opportunity to talk to Bousman about the movie while he was out on tour with his latest film "The Devil's Carnival."
