Tara Reid Tells Us What Scares Her More Than a Sharknado

Tara Reid is no stranger to fans of comedy and horror movies and all things in between. The perfect example of that fine balance is "Sharknado," "Sharknado 2: The Second One," and the upcoming "Sharknado 3." The movies provide something to both laugh at and gross out to as people's heads and arms are decapitated and severed by the deadly predatory storm. I had the opportunity to speak with Ms. Reid at Texas Frightmare Weekend as she took a breather from signing autographs and greeting her fans. She was more than familiar with the origin of the question I was about to ask her, as she participated in the slasher revival of the 1990s by starring (and dying a horrible death) in "Urban Legend."

I attended the 2015 Texas Frightmare Weekend the same way I do every year. This year I decided to come up with a plan of attack for my interviews and convention coverage. One of the main themes of this year's Texas Frightmare Weekend was the "Scream" films. I decided to ask all the actors at the event a two-part question that was relevant to the "Scream" theme: "What's your favorite scary movie and why?"
