Anyone who reads my work on a regular basis knows how I feel about Guillermo del Toro. I absolutely hated "Pacific Rim" and think he's basically a talker who doesn't get anywhere near as many projects done as he attaches himself to. He's also a paradox in that he swears up and down horror movies should be rated R but then produces ones that are PG-13. In general, he's an out-of-control fanboy with way too much power in Hollywood. However, he did redeem himself with "Crimson Peak."
Del Toro is back with his latest creation, "Trollhunters." After the jump you can get more information and see a featurette for the new DreamWorks Animation Television and Netflix original series.
Voice talent includes Kelsey Grammer (“The Simpsons,” "X-Men: The Last Stand"), Ron Perlman ("Hellboy," “Adventure Time”), Steven Yeun (“The Walking Dead”) and Anton Yelchin ("Star Trek Beyond"). "Trollhunters" is created and executive produced by Guillermo del Toro ("Crimson Peak," "Hellboy"). Marc Guggenheim (TV’s “Arrow,” “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow”), Rodrigo Blaas (animator "Up," "Brave," "WALL•E"), Christina Steinberg ("Rise of the Guardians") and Chad Hammes ("Dragons: Race to the Edge") serve as executive producers. Dan Hageman and Kevin Hageman are co-executive producers.
